Welcome to the home page of the BioEtch team. We are senior chemical engineering students at Oregon State University. The team is composed of Michael Brooks, Eric Howell, and Alex Bistrika.

The mission of the BioEtch team is to demonstrate the feasibility of applying and etching a mask consisting of a single cell layer of Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (baker’s yeast)  patterned onto a photoresist substrate.
