Semiconductor Devices I
ECE 615 is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 08:30 - 09:50. For the entirety of Winter 2021, ECE 615 will be taught remotely. Lectures will in general be delivered synchronously via live Zoom videos. Students can either ask questions via the chat function, by unmuting themselves and speaking, or via email after each lecture. This year assessment will take place exclusively via homework and literature reports, which will be submitted and returned electronically.
