Nanotechnology is an emerging engineering field that manipulates atoms and molecules to fabricate new materials and tiny devices. Properties of nanostructured materials, manufacturing methods, characterization methods, and impact on health and safety. Benefits and concerns about nanotechnology will be assessed.
